Today I’m going to talk about a medical condition that can cause premature ejaculation.
What is the condition I’m going to talk about? It’s called Prostatitis. What the hell is that? I hear you ask.
Well, prostatitis is when the prostate gland is inflamed or enlarged. Because of this, it makes you much more sensitive to stimulation, which means you’re going to cum a lot quicker.
If you have this problem, then you may also have trouble with peeing. If this describes you… what should you do? You should go see your doctor, who will probably refer you to an urologist.
There’s also some common substances that you probably have that can make this kind of thing worse. These things are caffeine, alcohol and nicotine. These three things can inflame your prostate which in turn, makes you more sensitive and more likely to premature ejaculate.
Anyway, that’s all I wanted to say on the subject… just in case some of my visitors have a medical problem rather than psychological. If you think you may have a medical problem, you need to see your doctor right away, okay?
See you soon.

Today I’m going to talk about something I like to call breathing.
You see, you may or may have not noticed that as you get closer to ejaculating, your breathing will change. Most people breathe shorter and faster when they are close to coming.
A good way to relax before you get too close to ejaculating is to change your breathing. Try breathing slower and longer breaths. This will relax you and allow to gain control over your body.
Have you ever heard of diaphragmatic breathing? Basically… it’s how we are MEANT to breathe in the first place. You remember seeing how a baby’s stomach will move up and down as it breathes? Well that’s diaphragmatic breathing. You can also use this kind of breathing to deal with other situations that cause you anxiety. You see, many people who have a lot of anxiety do what is called “shallow breathing” which is breathing with the chest. Ironically, by breathing in this way, you upset the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in your body… which will make you feel more anxiety.
Anyway, back to the subject…this kind of breathing will help relax you and gain better control over when you ejaculate. Try it. It may help you.
See you next time.

Today I’m going to talk about a way for you to potentially last longer the next time you have sex, hopefully it will make you last a few extra minutes. Sound good?
Let’s get started then:
Basically this is something called, all you need to do is have sex on your own (masturbate…) a few hours before you plan on having sex with your partner. This will mean you’ll be less sensitive and excited when you have sex. Because you’ll be less excitable, you’re probably going to last longer.
The effectiveness of this “solution” will probably vary depending on your age. If you are older, it may mean it will be harder for you to maintain your erection if you do this. But many premature ejaculation sufferers are younger, and this solution may help. I suggest you do this 2-4 hours before you have sex.
I know it’s simple, but it may work for you as a short term solution. For a better short and long term solution, check my review page.

Today I’m going to talk about something that will help you last longer, and cause your premature ejaculation experiences to decrease.
Interested?
Good. Keep reading.
What I’m going to talk about today is this: Pacing yourself.
While you’re having sex, your partner may become so excited as they get closer to reaching climax that they pull you with them, and make you come early.
But what you need to realise is that if you pace yourself, and don’t let your partner make you ejaculate too early, you will last much longer. This will lead to a more fulfilling sexual experience for the both of you.
Learning to pace yourself is an individual thing, so its’ something I can’t really give you much more advice on. Just be aware that you can slow down and enjoy the experience, rather than rushing the whole thing and causing yourself to ejaculate prematurely.
You will learn with more experience the various ways that work for you, that help you to change what you’re doing to make you move further away from ejaculating, rather than closer.
Okay… hopefully I’ve made myself clear. I hope this helps you. Talk soon.

Did you realise that according to some estimates, around 30% of men in America reach orgasm quicker than they want to? Also… did you know that Alfred Kinsey (he was one of the first ever sex researchers, in case you’re wondering) found out that around 75% of the guys he tested actually ejaculated within two minutes of penetration.
Why am I telling you this?
Because, dear reader, you’re not alone. In fact, you’re probably got a lot of company. But the good news is, you can learn to last longer, and you can learn to be a better lover.
Another thing I wanted to say today is this: While you’re learning to cure your premature ejaculation (check my review page if you’re not) you can still enjoy sex with your partner. Some guys seem to think that they must have a problem with premature ejaculation, if they come before their female partner has an orgasm. But know this: Most women do not climax from penetration. Young women are more likely to, but as women get older… the only way for them to climax is via stimulation of the clitoris.
Anyway, I hope this has eased some of your concerns. See you next time.
