Premature Ejaculation Treatments

Nov 13, 2006 @ 03:31 pm by Jack

Today I’m going to talk about the various premature ejaculation treatments that are available.

The first thing to realise is that premature is a psychological problem in most cases, rather than a physical one.

So one of the best premature ejaculation treatments is simply becoming more aware of your body’s response to sexual stimulation. By learning how to control these sensations, you will gradually be able to overcome your premature ejaculation. One of the best ways of learning how to control your premature ejaculation is the stop-and-start method. I’ve covered this in more detail before on my blog, so I won’t go into the details now. Suffice to say, the clue’s in the name.

Some other popular “treatments” for premature ejaculation involve things like de-sensitizing creams and sprays. These treatments may work for some, but they may make sex less pleasurable… so I don’t really think these treatments are a long-term solution.

Here’s where I’d like to get some of your opinions. What premature ejaculation treatments have you tried? Which work well? Which do you recommend? Which do you not recommend? I’d love to hear the opinions of you guys.

Hopefully we will be able to talk about many of the different treatments out there, and get an idea of what works and what doesn’t.

I look forward to talking with you in the comments section! Thanks.

How To Prevent Premature Ejaculation

Today I’m going to talk about a few different ways to prevent premature ejaculation.

There are several techniques for people who want to prevent themselves from ejaculating prematurely. One of the most well known methods, is the distraction technique. This is when you think of something else during sex to take your mind of the intensity of arousal you’re experienced.

This technique helps some people, but it’s not fool-proof. There’s no specific fool-proof method for preventing premature ejaculation from happening, but it can usually be overcome when you’re more experienced with your partner, and some of the initial anxiety has gone.

You see, in most cases, premature ejaculation is a psychological condition rather than a medical one (although some people DO have a medical condition, and if you think this may be the case, you should see a medical professional).

I think one of the best methods for preventing premature ejaculation is the “exercise” method. This is where you practice by yourself (or with your partner), to get a better understanding of your body’s individual responses to stimulation. You’ll feel more confident and in control over when you ejaculate, once you’ve gained some experience with your response.

There is a specific and proven series of exercises and techniques you can use to “train” yourself to last longer, and overcome your premature ejaculation. You can find out more about the system I recommend by clicking the review link up on the top right side of this page.

Now I don’t want to be trying to pitch you anything on my blog. After all, I set this up to help other people with this problem. But this product has helped a lot of people, and you’d be foolish to ignore something that could cure your premature ejaculation, for the sake of saving a few dollars.

So go check it out. And when you’ve delighted with the results, just come back and thank me, and we’ll be even, okay? Good.
